About Founder
Meet Our Founder: A Leader with Vision and Valor
Greenrock was founded in 2023 by Jeannie O’Sullivan-Wright with the mission of providing exceptional Mil-Spec packaging solutions to military and government partners. We leverage a deep understanding of logistics, military operations, and industry standards to deliver unparalleled packaging solutions.
As a linguist in the US ARMY Military Intelligence Corps Jeannie became proficient in the languages of Russian, Serbian, and Croatian graduating top in her class. Jeannie deployed to Iraq in April of 2003 with the 104th Military Intelligence Battalion 4th Infantry Division embedded with a myriad of combat units providing direct military intelligence support. After returning from Iraq she decided to transition her career, going back to school and becoming a Registered Nurse working in the ICU for most of her tenure.
Jeannie resides in Midlothian, VA, with her husband and two daughters, continuing to lead Greenrock with dedication, integrity, and a vision for excellence.

Our Co-Founder: Driving Excellence Forward
Joel Wright brings over 26 years of management experience and a wealth of expertise to Greenrock. His extensive career includes six years working directly with the largest metal fabrication plant in Virginia, specializing in aerospace parts packaging and shipping. Additionally, Joel has ten years of experience in automotive parts packaging and shipping with the largest government fleet vehicle supplier in the state.
As co-founder of Greenrock, Joel’s unwavering dedication to excellence continues to drive the company’s growth, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Joel lives in Midlothian, VA, with his wife and two daughters, where he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
